** UPDATE ** 31st March 2020: We have reopened our order book but the demand is very high. It is likely that we will have to close it again before the end of tomorrow (Wednesday 1st April). After that any orders taken will be moved to next week. All orders are being kept in date/time order of when they were received and undertaken on a 'first-come-first-served' order. We may need to prioritise those in the extremely vulnerable categories over those that are not, for which we apologise but assume that you are appreciative of this situation.
We have put together an order form for our customers to use during the Covid-19 crisis. Orders placed can be collected from store BUT we also have an amazing group of volunteers who can deliver this to your home address. PLEASE do use the service to remain safe yourselves. Deliveries will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Customers can download this form, complete it and then email it back to us. If you don't have access to email, then please do call us. However, our phone lines are extremely busy so if we are engaged, do keep trying.

1. Place your order using the above form and then email it to us
2. We will then gather your order together (as stock allows)
3. We will then call you to take payment over the phone for the order
4. You will then collect the order OR we will deliver to your home address.
