We have reopened our order book but the demand is very high.
You need to order on Monday (all day) and Tuesday (by 12 noon) of the week you would like the order. Orders will then be fulfilled for Friday of that week. Collection will be available on that Friday from 12pm. And for deliveries, this will happen on the Friday too but we are unable to give time slots.
All orders are being kept in date/time order of when they were received and undertaken on a 'first-come-first-served' order. We may need to prioritise those in the extremely vulnerable categories over those that are not, for which we apologise but assume that you are appreciative of this situation.
We have put together an order form for our customers to use during the Covid-19 crisis. Orders placed can be collected from store BUT we also have an amazing group of volunteers who can deliver this to your home address. PLEASE do use the service to remain safe yourselves. Deliveries ONLY take place on Fridays.

The process of our ordering service is as follows:
1. Place your order using the above form and then email it to us
2. We will then gather your order together (as stock allows)
3. We will then call you to take payment over the phone for the order
4. You will then collect the order OR we will deliver to your home address.
