Lapsang Souchong - 100g

Made using only the larger leaves from the lower parts of the bush. Following fermentation, the leaves are placed on hot iron presses and roasted for a short period before being smoked over pine fires. This particular Lapsang Souchong has a lovely large, open and grey-black colour with a sharp note of smoke.
